CRM Assistant Manager - Registrations

Reports to: AGM CRM

Experience: 1-3 years in CRM or Customer Onboarding in Real Estate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end registration processes for new customers
  • Coordinate with legal and sales teams for documentation and compliance
  • Maintain accurate CRM data related to registrations
  • Address customer queries related to registration procedures
  • Monitor and report registration KPIs and process bottlenecks
  • Conduct training sessions for the team on registration procedures and compliance


Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

  • 1+ years experience in CRM or customer registration in real estate or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of legal registration processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office


Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

  • Knowledge of local legal and property registration laws
  • Experience with digital registration platforms
