Job Description
- Manage customer files and update details in the CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and allocation details.
- Track bookings, cancellations, modifications, and unit handovers.
- Prepare and submit invoices to banks for loan disbursements/payouts.
- Coordinate with banks for timely processing of payments.
- Provide status updates on payments, documents, and handover timelines.
- Support in generating MIS and management reports for decision-making.
- Maintain accurate unit-wise data for audit and reporting.
- Track customer payment milestones linked with construction progress.
- Other roles and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
