Job Description

  • Manage customer files and update details in the CRM system.
  • Ensure accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and allocation details.
  • Track bookings, cancellations, modifications, and unit handovers.
  • Prepare and submit invoices to banks for loan disbursements/payouts.
  • Coordinate with banks for timely processing of payments.
  • Provide status updates on payments, documents, and handover timelines.
  • Support in generating MIS and management reports for decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate unit-wise data for audit and reporting.
  • Track customer payment milestones linked with construction progress.
  • Other roles and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
