Brief about the Team
The Quick Commerce team at Tata 1mg manages end-to-end operations across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. They drive growth through strategic partnerships, platform execution, inventory planning, campaign management, and data-driven optimizations, ensuring high performance, visibility, and availability of the Consumer Products portfolio across leading QC platforms.

What will you do:

  • Take full ownership of the Quick Commerce (QC) channel, managing account performance, platform relationships, and execution across Tata 1mg's Consumer Products portfolio.

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across platforms including listings, pricing, promotions, and content management.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with category managers at Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other relevant partners.

  • Ensure optimal inventory availability and fill rates through close coordination with supply chain, warehousing, and planning teams.

  • Lead new product launches, ensure catalog hygiene, and drive platform-specific campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, in-stock percentages, fill rates, and contribution margins; implement data-driven improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including category, brand, content, design, and advertising to align and execute platform strategies.

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues including catalog errors, inventory lags, pricing discrepancies, and low platform discoverability.



    What we are looking for:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, with 2-3 years specifically in the online quick commerce space.
  • Experience either: - Working directly with a quick commerce platform like Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart; or - Managing these accounts for a D2C/consumer brand.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth via online commerce channels.
  • Exposure to health & wellness, supplements, medical devices, or similar product categories is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills in managing supply chain and platform performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and platform analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
