Qualification Required:

• Masters degree in Rural Development / Social Work / Development Studies / Agriculture / Management or allied disciplines
• Minimum 23 years of experience in rural development, livelihoods, community projects, or innovation-led programs

Job Description :

1. Support planning and implementation of rural development and grassroots innovation projects in assigned regions.
2. Work closely with rural communities, innovators, farmers, SHGs, and local institutions to identify needs, challenges, and solutions.
3. Assist in scouting, documentation, and field validation of grassroots innovations, traditional knowledge, and sustainable practices.
4. Coordinate with district officials, NGOs, academic institutions, and partner organizations for smooth project execution.
5. Monitor project progress, collect field data, and prepare reports, case studies, and impact documentation.
6. Facilitate capacity-building programs, workshops, and awareness sessions for rural stakeholders and innovators.
7. Support livelihood generation, value addition, and market linkage initiatives emerging from grassroots innovations.
8. Ensure community participation, inclusivity, and ethical engagement aligned with GIANs mission and values.

Experience Requirement:

• 23 years of hands-on experience in rural development projects, field coordination, or community-based programs.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural and remote areas.
