Job Opening: Assistant Manager Admissions

Job Role & Responsibilities

Admission Sales & Target Achievement

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key education influencers.
• Conduct regular school visits, student presentations, seminars, and workshops.
• Organize and manage admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of admission counselors.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
• Provide feedback, training, and performance improvement support.

ATL & BTL Marketing Activities

• Plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Coordinate print ads, digital marketing, social media campaigns, tele-calling, and on-ground promotions.
• Support local marketing initiatives and partnerships.

Data Management & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, and admission closures.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and progress reports to management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 510 years of experience in admission sales/education marketing.
• Strong network with schools, colleges, and education stakeholders.
• Proven experience in ATL & BTL campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
