Assistant Manager

Position: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial plans, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for variances to budget and forecast

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to help identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain financial dashboards to provide timely and actionable information to senior management

• Assist in the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and other financial communications

• Continuously improve the financial planning and analysis process to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Location: Chennai or Mumbai
