Position: C&RM Assistant Manager Resource Management

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager Resource Management (AM-RM) , you will work closely with business leadership and take end-to-end ownership of resource management operations for a defined unit, service line, or location. The role focuses on demand forecasting, capacity planning, bench management, governance, and stakeholder collaboration , ensuring optimal utilization and delivery alignment.

Required:
