Position: C&RM Assistant Manager Resource Management

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager Resource Management (AM-RM) , you will work closely with business leadership and take end-to-end ownership of resource management operations for a defined unit, service line, or location. The role focuses on demand forecasting, capacity planning, bench management, governance, and stakeholder collaboration , ensuring optimal utilization and delivery alignment.

Education & Experience:

Required:

• Masters degree in Business / Management / Finance / HR
• 6 to 8 years of total experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Resource Management
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Office tools
