Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support seasonal range planning and assortment building
- Track and analyze product performance across stores and categories
- Manage seasonal buy plans, catalogues, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with partners for product discussions and launches
- Execute in-season merchandising and display strategies
- Align with marketing calendar for key campaigns
- Drive product training and enhance store team knowledge
Ideal Profile:
- Experience in footwear/retail merchandising
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Good understanding of multi-channel retail (Retail, MBO, E-com, Distribution)
