ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Business Operations Manager to join our Risk Management team.
We require a strategic problem solver to drive engagement across multiple risk programs and synthesize insights for leadership. The successful candidate will lead roadmap of the team, encouraging a collaborative and effective environment.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring data quality, improving the risk management framework, and aligning risk strategies objectives.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, within Data & Analytics Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate across various risk management programs and provide a consolidated view for leadership.
- Develop and maintain presentation materials for leadership updates, including Risk Operating Committee reports.
- Assist in leading the strategy and roadmap for the team.
- Build standardized stakeholder engagement materials to support consistent communication.
- Track stakeholder engagement, ensuring regular touchpoints and follow-through on action items.
- Share timely and relevant updates on risk management initiatives and progress.
- Lead and handle risk management projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all team reporting and metrics.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6 - 8 years of overall experience with exposure in leading organisational strategy, operational risk management, project management, metrics, and reporting.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise multiple priorities and proven record to work across cross-functional teams with stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Microsoft office Suite, primarily Power BI) and risk management frameworks.

- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to align risk initiatives with broader business goals.
- Effective Communication: Skilled in communicating complex information clearly and persuasively to various partners.
- Teamwork: Strong communication to develop partnership across departments.
