Pension Bazaar is hiring an Assistant Manager Business Development responsible for driving B2B sales, acquiring new clients, onboarding them, and managing long-term client relationships to support business growth.


This will be an Individual Contributor role.


Key Requirements:


Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales

B2B sales experience mandatory

Experience in client acquisition and client onboarding

Graduation mandatory

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Must be comfortable traveling outside Delhi for client meetings
