Position Overview
HMLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager Business Development to support the expansion of our consulting and brand management services within the luxury sector.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with luxury brands, and positioning HMLC as a trusted partner for luxury brand management and consulting services.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to confidently interact with senior leadership and decision-makers within luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury industry.
Drive sales for HMLCs luxury brand management and consulting services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with luxury brands and key stakeholders.
Brand & Client Engagement
Engage with senior management and brand leadership across luxury brands.
Present HMLCs services and consulting capabilities effectively.
Understand client needs and develop customized solutions aligned with luxury brand positioning.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify potential collaborations with brands, industry platforms, and organizations.
Support the expansion of HMLC into new industry avenues and strategic networks.
Develop partnerships that strengthen brand presence and consulting opportunities.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead discussions and negotiations with potential partners and clients.
Support deal structuring and closure while maintaining long-term relationship value.
Market Development
Track industry trends and opportunities within the luxury sector.
Contribute ideas that help position HMLC as a strategic partner for luxury brands.
Required Skills & Competencies

Preferred Qualifications
36 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consulting
Experience working with luxury brands, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium sectors is preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or related fields
