Job Description
Role: Assistant Manager - Business Development
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 1-5
CTC: 5-12 LPA
Working days: 6 days
Work mode: On-site/Field Work
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners for business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM systems and Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner operations.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for channel partner acquisition and management.
- Identify and onboard new real estate agents and brokers.
- Conduct negotiations with channel partners to secure favorable terms.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and leads.
- Utilize CRM systems to track progress and manage relationships effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts using Microsoft Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development or real estate sales.
- Proven negotiation skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai geography.
- Demonstrated ability in mental arithmetic.
- Experience in channel partner development is a plus.
