Hiring: Assistant Manager Business Development (B2B) | Corporate Training

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V (Kolkata)

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to 4 LPA


About the Role:

Anudip Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive the growth of our Corporate Training (B2B) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with corporate clients by offering customized learning solutions across domains such as Sales Excellence, Customer Service, Generative AI, and Leadership Development.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Business Development

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients (mid-market to enterprise level)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and client base
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, cold outreach, events, and referrals


Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with key stakeholders (HR Heads, L&D Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs)
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and business requirements
  • Position Anudip as a trusted workforce development partner


Solution Design & Sales Pitching

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized training solutions
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven pitches
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals


Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
  • Share insights on market trends, client feedback, and performance


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
  • Strong exposure to corporate training, L&D solutions, or HR services
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in handling corporate clients and complex sales cycles
