Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Alliances will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand Tata CLiQ’s ecosystem. The role involves engaging with potential partners, managing ongoing relationships, and executing joint initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable outcomes. The incumbent will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of partnership campaigns and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with brands, organizations, and influencers that align with business objectives.
- Drive business development activities including outreach, negotiation, and closure of partnership agreements.
- Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring goal alignment and successful execution.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams for campaign implementation.
- Execute end-to-end partnership campaigns and events, ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report partnership performance against defined KPIs, providing insights for optimization.
- Assist in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance metrics and ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of CRM or project management tools.
- Exposure to partnership management in e-commerce, retail, or technology.
- Experience with event management or co-branded campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling strategic partnerships.
