Responsibilities


1. Analyze sales operations data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
2. Develop and document business process reporting models.
3. Understand Business requirements and design MIS Dashboards meet business needs and objectives.
4. Work with SFDC and other departments to understand business requirements and align reporting with business goals.
5. Communicate findings, recommendations, and business updates to stakeholders and executives.
6. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
