Job Description

Assistant Manager –  Brand Experience (Brand Management) 

  • Location: Baner-Sus 
  • Reports to: AVP Brand - Strategy (Rewati Bhide)
  • Experience: 0-1 year

This role is critical in strengthening relationships with vendors, employees, and sister concerns while driving strategic brand initiatives. As the company expands its outreach (CSR, sponsorships, B2B/B2E communications), we need a proactive professional to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement and execution of key campaigns.

What Success Looks Like in 1 Year

  • Established strong vendor/employee/sister concern partnerships with measurable engagement improvements.
  • Successfully executed at least 2-3 brand campaigns or strategic collaborations.
  • Enhanced internal/external communication processes for investor relations and media outreach.
  •  Contributed meaningfully to CSR initiatives and cultural sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with vendors, employees, and sister concerns.
  • Brand & Comms: Assist in B2B/B2E communications, investor relations, and media engagement.
  • Special Initiatives: Support CSR programs, cultural sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strategy Execution: Work closely with leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Reporting: Track outreach effectiveness and present insights to stakeholders.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 0-1 year in stakeholder management, brand communications, or corporate outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Can Be Learned On-the-Job)

  • Familiarity with CSR, investor relations, or media engagement.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Experience in vendor/partner collaboration.
