Job Description: Assistant Manager - Brand Experience (Projects)

• Location: Pune - Baner / Sus 
• Reports to: AGM - Brand Experience (Projects) 
• Experience: 0-3 years in brand marketing or project marketing roles

• Successfully led and executed multiple project marketing campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and lead generation.

• Contributed to a cohesive brand experience that resonates with target audiences, reflected in positive stakeholder feedback and campaign ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated project marketing campaigns to support brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign activation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the creation of marketing collaterals, event management, and on-ground activation activities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints within project scopes.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Must-have experience (Non Negotiable)

• Proven experience in project marketing or brand activation roles, preferably within real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
