Role Details

Position: Manager Direct Tax (Financial Services)

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years in Direct Tax

Reporting to: Director

What You Will Actually Do

Advise clients on complex Direct Tax matters

Work on tax advisory, technical research, memos, and presentations

Review shareholder agreements and investment structures

Handle fund structuring and Private Equity tax matters

Review tax returns, tax computations, withholding tax, and advance tax

Handle scrutiny assessments and interact with tax officers

Represent clients before tax authorities

Interpret Income-tax Act, FEMA, SEBI, and international tax regulations

Manage clients and mentor team members

This Role is Perfect for You If

You are a CA with 2.6 5 years of Direct Tax experience

You have Financial Services client exposure (preferred)

You can handle tax assessments independently
