Assistant Manager

Sr Engineer/Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Maintenance - Dharuhera

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the Die operations of the plant, including at Cutting & crimping machines, Press machines for Die Process as per APTIV data base & also as per CSR
• Die expertise with sound knowledge of machines like ALPHA 433, ALPHA 355, ALPHA 550 & Seal Applicators
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the Dies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of engineers &  able to meet department key matrices green as per company objectives
• Conduct regular Predictive maintenance of dies to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
• Monitor die performance based on Cross Section, Pre-set up accuracy & breakdown data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or cost savings
• Ensure to maintain Validation of Dies on time, ECN & TCVR updation on time for smooth operation
• Work on MTTR, MTBF, ISO Standards, IAFT, EHS-OHSAS, KAIZEN & any Customer Specific Requirement if any
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to show KPIs & department matrices to management & support required from management
• Work on repetitive breakdowns analysis & Consumable / Spare parts life monitoring for R&M cost optimization

Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma -Mechanical/Electrical

Overall Experience : 4 - 6 years

Relevant work experience : Min 4 - 6  years’ experience in manufacturing Industry (Special Wiring Harness)
