Assistant Manager - Quality
Role and Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction/Protection
- Coordinator APQP / New Program & ECN
- Ensure that quality system meets requirements of EOS / IATF 16949
- Customer Audits and observation closure coordinator
- Harness Safety Characteristic
- Shop floor supervision assembly & cutting
- Maintain shop floor business records
- Daily review of FTQ analysis
- Customer Concern analysis
- Ensure on time response to customer concerns / WIR
- Develop team capability by layered audits and process audits and build positive culture
- Basic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration.
- Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTA
- Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis
- Implementation and sustenance of control plan on each and every process.
Education and Qualification :
BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Min 8 - 10 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry & Quality
