Position Details

Senior Graphic Designer (Lead Designer) Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative projects aligned with the company’s branding

and goals.

● Present design concepts and manage their execution from start to finish.

● Oversee multiple projects while mentoring and guiding junior designers.

● Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative

ideas.

● Stay updated with design trends to enhance the quality of creative deliverables.

● Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in pharma or FMCG

brand sectors. Having agency background experience will be considered a plus.

Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with senior designers to develop and execute creative concepts.

● Design visual assets for various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and creative input.

● Adapt to feedback and support senior designers in project execution.

● Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.

Requirements (for Both Positions):

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

4. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

6. Proactive approach to learning and professional development.

7. A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a passion for creativity.
