Senior Executive – Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon

Role Overview:

PharmEasy is looking for a result-driven Senior Executive – Supply Chain who will be

responsible for controlling logistics losses, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring

effective cost optimization across last-mile and warehouse operations. The role requires

strong control over daily logistics KPIs and rider capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Loss Control

• Ensure total YTD logistics losses (SR loss, lost & damaged shipments, cash loss) are

maintained below ₹50 Lakhs.

• Monitor and investigate SR (Shipment Return) discrepancies and loss patterns.

• Implement preventive measures to reduce shrinkage and cash variances.

• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and last-mile teams for timely reconciliation.

2. KPI & Metrics Monitoring

• Track and monitor key logistics metrics including:

o SDD (Same Day Delivery)

o EDD (Expected Delivery Date adherence)

o Open Orders

o PNH (Pending Not Handed Over)

o CPO (Cost Per Order)

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and highlight operational gaps.

• Drive corrective action plans for SLA deviations.

• Ensure 100% adherence to defined delivery timelines and performance standards.

3. Cost Optimization & Rider Utilization

• Reduce YTD logistics cost by ₹20 Lakhs through effective rider capacity monitoring.

• Optimize rider route planning and load distribution.

• Ensure proper manpower utilization and shift planning.

• Monitor rider productivity metrics and improve per rider output.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations.

• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations.

• Experience in KPI tracking, loss control, and cost management.

• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/MIS reporting.

• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Logistics Loss (YTD) < ₹50 Lakhs

• SLA adherence across SDD & EDD

• Reduction of logistics cost by ₹20 Lakhs YTD

• Improved rider productivity & cost per order
