Job Title: - Assistant Manager - Projects ( O3 )

Location: - Krishnapatnam, Unit1

Qualification: - BE / B. Tech – ECE / EEE / Mechanical.

Total Experience: - 8 to 10 Years

Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They lead project teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Initiation: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and establishing timelines and budgets. 
• Execution and Monitoring: Leading project teams, coordinating resources, managing tasks, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed. 
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Keeping stakeholders informed, facilitating communication, and managing expectations. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. 
• Project Closure: Finalizing project documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and ensuring lessons learned are captured.
