Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurately closure of books of accounts monthly, Quarterly and annually which are in line with Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.
  • Liasioning with accounting firm, auditors, and other consultants
  • Deliver timely and high-quality month end management accounts including a KPI pack and Presentations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain proper financial records along with necessary supporting documents.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and Customer Reconciliation & Inter- Company Reconciliations as per the timelines of the management.
  • Analyse and reconcile all key balance sheet accounts for month-end closing
  • Preparation of Monthly reporting and MIS.
  • Support in Budget preparation and Cash flow forecasting.
  • Support year end audit process and financial accounting work
  • Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies, rules and regulations
  • Backup support within team and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Specification

  • Chartered Accountant (Must) with minimum 5-7 years experience with a Finance role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
  • Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial information
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Experience of working in SAP -B1, SAP S4/HANA
