Job Description: Client Servicing

Roles & Responsibility:

• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines
• domain.
• Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee
• Benefits Policies.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for
• the company.
• Addressing and resolving key clients queries and complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
• Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to
• ensure that key clients needs are met.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
• stakeholders.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients & needs and requirements and preparing
• customized solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of
• each client & long-term goals.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Negotiating deals with clients.
• Analysing data and market trends.
• Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.

ISMS Responsibilities:

• Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and
• serve users authorized by Function Heads;
• Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be
• built and run to best meet business objective;
• Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
• Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
• Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.
