Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Vadodara office. The Assistant Manager will oversee client communications, supervise auditing and taxation-related tasks, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and assist in reviewing financial statements. They will also support in client advisory services, provide insights on improvements, and lead projects related to company law matters and financial management. The role requires regular collaboration with team members, timely report generation, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Management practices
• Experience with Company Law Matters and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in analytical skills, problem-solving, and technical research
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Technological proficiency, including the ability to adapt to new systems, with awareness of GST regulations
• Ability to manage diverse client needs, including multinational clients, PSUs, and government departments
• CA Fresher and CA(Inter) are preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
