Job Description
Responsibilities
Overseeing the delegated underwriting process to ensure delivery on key Metrics.
Handling Bordereau processing and reconciliation and binder management tasks
Working closely with the onshore team to manage the workflow and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Focus on data sourcing, ingestion, validation, and data entry of Risk, Premium, and Claim bordereaux into onshore operations business systems.
Review, resolve, and escalate quality issues, Share feedback with onshore to ensure correct data fields are shared by UA
Your work will involve enhancing procedures, cross-skilling, and continuously improving data processing tools and processes.
Support Onshore Operations in resolving queries and errors on bordereaux data
Produce operational reporting
Attend meetings and assist with projects and ad-hoc activities
