Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales

Location: Bangalore


Position Description: We're on the hunt for a sharp, results-driven Sales professional to bolster our mobile and Connected TV (CTV) user acquisition efforts. If you thrive on forging new business relationships within the AdTech space, this role at mDSP is for you. You'll be at the forefront of driving significant app growth for our clients by leveraging mDSP's cutting-edge programmatic platform. While you'll own the client acquisition journey, our senior team will be there every step of the way to ensure successful closures and exceptional ongoing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with assigned advertisers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate primarily in India, and internationally, with no major geographical limitations.
  • Connect with prospects through proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate new meetings and opportunities.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for programmatic advertising, providing valuable guidance and support to clients on mobile and CTV user acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to discuss client goals, product updates, market trends and performance metrics, fostering open and transparent communication.
  • Facilitate client product feature requests with the internal product team, ensuring client needs for advanced solutions like AI-driven audience intelligence and dynamic creative optimization are effectively communicated and addressed.
  • Prepare compelling decks and proposals, organize product demos, and present mDSP's holistic mobile marketing solutions to prospects.
  • Own and consistently exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant revenue growth and achieving quarterly business goals.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of proven sales management experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a strong track record of success in user acquisition or retargeting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with significant experience in mobile and programmatic advertising being a distinct advantage. Experience with CTV advertising is a major plus.
  • Open-mindedness, flexibility, positivity, and a curious approach to problem-solving, especially in adapting to the evolving privacy-centric landscape.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly business goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information about ML-powered programmatic platforms and various Ad formats to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit and adaptability to a growing company, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • A strong interest in online advertising, particularly in the rapidly growing Indian market (Tier 2 and 3 cities, vernacular strategies), and a drive for success, coupled with a passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals.
  • Monthly/Quarterly travel will be required.
