Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop teams and service level targets. Providing mentorship to direct reports, comprised of Domain Experts and Assistant managers.

  • Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with partners

  • Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks

  • Ensuring transparency around priorities and goals for the entire functional area

  • Ability to build positive team works across business and technical communities

  • Participates on process improvement initiatives for business divisions

  • Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes

  • Manages FTEs levels based on budget requirements & direction provided

  • Provide various timely reporting on production, overtime, FTEs, savings etc using MS-Excel

  • Responsible for proactive hiring projections and churn mechanism
