Job Description
Responsibilities
:Driving performance (efficiency, quality, hygiene) management of your team member to meet all SLAs.
Provide domain expertise in Fraud and Financial Crime Risk Management in relation to clients risk and threats management, focusing on fraud risks in relates to buyer, seller etc.
Will be responsible for process & policy dissemination and keeping your team up to date on policy/process update.
Continuously improve the delivery process to attain a consistent & stable level of operations.
Communicate and work with cross functional team (Product Team, Business policy, Data and analytics, Technology, etc.) to understand business requirements and business needs.
Manage escalations and provide timely resolution.
Basis RCA, effective coaching & feedback to be shared with team members.
Conduct performance reviews of each team member and explain / set career development path & opportunities for team members.
Report & escalate system issues / bugs/ downtime to management as necessary and in a timely manner.
Should be a subject matter expert for all process, policies and protocols.
