Job Description
Responsibilities
:1) Transport Management
Assist Site transport Manager in service delivery in accordance with Genpact critical metrics and SLA.
Lead all Transport-related requirements for Genpact with user happiness levels and maintain Genpact standards on deliverables.
Coordinate with Organizations Managers & the Business Units on smooth operations.
Lead a program of weekly inspections to ensure accurate transport operations is upheld.
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across all sites.
Innovation towards workplace excellence under transport as a function
Build outstanding User experience at the workplace and by crafting user friendly processes.
Lead the Ticket Management tool for the respective site and reach the critical metric goals.
Have a creative thought process on various services for the users and transport operations.
Plan change in program, delivery, communications, use the resources on ground and vendors aptly for Organizations benefit.
Innovations, complex changes, Macro look out, setting expectations through drawing right programs.
Ensure full compliance with all local and governmental regulations and legislations Managing the transport Metrics like VU, OTA, OTD etc. for the location.
2) People Management/ Engagement:
Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics amongst drivers and supervisors, coordinate with the city transport lead - on the implementation various initiatives, ensure an environment that supports partnership, co-operation, and performance excellence within team.
3) Finance Management
Insight and lead transport budget for the financial year, forecast of monthly & quarterly expenses if any and adherence to the budget forecast and spend.
4) Risk Management
Assist Site Transport Leads in ensuring site risk management programs including audits are implemented and maintained and carry out critical issue and incident reporting procedures.
5) Client Management
Proactively engage partners to ensure that on site clients expectations are met through high level of customer service; Build and develop effective client / partner relationships across multiple levels; Provide a reciprocal environment with client and customers ensuring high levels of engagement.
6) Procurement & Vendor Management
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget; Understand the vendor procurement processes align with agreed client procurement guidelines.
