TAX - GCR - Payroll Operate :

Your key responsibilities

Experience in core payroll function.
_x000d_ Having worked in a service industry catering to clients on payroll services
_x000d_ 5 to 8 years of experience in managing client facing payroll services.
_x000d_ Very strong Excel, analytical, Power Point skills
_x000d_ Very Strong Payroll Knowledge, should be well versed in all payrolls related statutory compliances like ESI, Provident fund, Salary TDS, Profession tax, labour welfare fund.
_x000d_ Knowledge on the upcoming code on wages will be an added benefit.

Operational:

Manage client deliverables related to payroll and related compliances for India.
_x000d_ Manage the team and ensure that the team consistently delivers quality results.
_x000d_ Interact with clients to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns, and work closely with internal leadership team.
_x000d_ Responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT) & Accuracy
_x000d_ Review and execution of quality deliverables.
_x000d_ Effectively manage escalations & provide guidance and coaching to the team.

People responsibilities:

Work with teams to understand their concerns and resolve them.
_x000d_ Delegate tasks appropriately and develop teams to move to next level.
_x000d_ Work under pressure, managing resource allocations, attrition and people issues.
_x000d_ Providing effective solutions and guiding team members on various Functional issues

Additional skills requirements:

Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated – must be comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
_x000d_ Excellent verbal, intercultural and interpersonal communication skills
_x000d_ Adapt and be flexible to changing priorities.
_x000d_ Problem Solving skills.
_x000d_ Have logical and analytical skill.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

·       Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience

Minimum 5 years of core payroll experience
_x000d_ Good Communication Skills both verbal and written
_x000d_ Working in a team and managing few team members.
_x000d_ KRA shall be Payroll Processing, Reimbursement Processing, Full & Final Processing, Tax computation.
