Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges

·         Design and implement solutions that enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspects

·         Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations

·         Assist the technical/automation team to automate the testing process

·         Understand basic accounting concepts.

·         Conducted product testing and gathered user’s feedback to make product improvements and iterate on the product roadmap.

·         Review the output of the junior resources in the team and share the feedback.

·         Connect with client stakeholders for query solving.

·         Contribute Process improvement ideas.

·         Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup.

·         Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same.
