Job Description
Responsibilities
:• The preferred candidate for this role should relevant years of experience in IT production support of SaaS recruitment application like Oracle Taleo or any other equivalent, with a specific focus on technical operations coordination. A strong track record of consistently delivering exceptional service and effectively managing critical IT operations and processes is highly desirable.
• To possess substantial experience in effectively managing recruitment management operations from the backend. This includes expertise in various areas such as hiring, onboarding, vetting, core HR functions, absence management, talent management, performance cycle, compensation, and exit functionalities.
• Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in working with multiple vendor teams to coordinate/implement new business requirements or enhancements.
• Experience in using ServiceNow and integrating it with multiple downstream applications will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP-HCM and have the ability to manage core HR, absence, and performance management modules for employees.
• Strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with business and IT leadership during outages. They should have experience in setting up technical and management bridges to resolve issues promptly.
• Experience in delivering automations via Service Now or any other RPA tools to reduce human intervention, monitoring mechanism and delivering productivity benefit is also desired.
• Experience in managing end-to-end support for both on-premises and cloud deployments and releases for various HR applications is a plus.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity
• Participate in system upgrade projects, including testing and implementation
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevantyears of experience working with Oracle Taleo or equivalent recruitment tool, including implementation and support
• Strong understanding of core ERP modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management
Preferred qualifications
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
