Assistant Manager - Quality

1. Monitoring and Ensuring of all Quality processes are followed by team as per SQP and SFQP including proper documentation with traceability for BESS projects - Civil Packages.

2. Developing and upgrading of  QA requirements and SQP for Civil Packages BESS Projects.

3. Ensure all the supply inspection and testing for Civil packages are performed as per approved SQP & drawings & coordination with TPI agencies.

4. Inspection reports review & release of MDCC - Civil packages.

5. Monitoring and controlling of the quality issues and non-conformities during inspection at the Vendor end for BESS Materials- Electrical Packages.

6. Site Support, Coordination with Field Quality Er., monitoring, documetation & audit related activities.- Civil Packges. 

7. Ensure the New Vendor assessments are carried out as per the requirement

8. Ensuring all quality records are uploaded on common server & documentation on real time basis.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Work Experience:

3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Project Management in the Renewable Energy sector (Wind, Solar & Hybrid).

Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent are preferred.

Strong knowledge of Quality standards, auditing processes, and compliance for civil works in renewable energy projects.

Experience in Vendor Assessment and Material Quality Testing.
