Responsibilities

:
Define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to take products from concept to launch.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Own the product backlog and work closely with agile development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Define metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
Act as a product evangelist, representing Genpact at customer meetings, conferences, and other events.
