Job Description
Key Purpose of the job:
Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed Construction Program preparation including scheduling and tracking.
- Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and gather data/information to collate into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator.
- Resource Management requirement analysis, follow-ups, and determining manpower, equipment, and materials required as per the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth and timely delivery of drawings and decisions to ensure zero stoppage of construction, while understanding the sequence/workflow of construction activities.
- Analyse delay/shortfall and prepare catch-up plans and develop project-specific planning procedures in line with established company procedures to ensure compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or NICMAR qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial space
- Knowledge of planning tools like MSP/ Microsoft Office/ Autocad/ MS Project /Primavera.
- Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Strong background in planning, monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
