Assistant Manager - Content Writing

 What Makes the Role Meaty? 

• Put your captain’s hat on and take end-to-end ownership of developing content and creative solutions for Licious' owned, earned & paid platforms to drive business results and build Licious into an iconic brand over the next decade. 

• Exhibit ownership and manage over multiple work-streams and lead conversations with Design, Brand, Category and Growth teams, to create tactical and topical campaigns around key business and consumer initiatives. 

• Get your lab coat on (goes well with the captain hat) and experiment with ideas, creative, copy and content for communication pieces including in-app communication, digital films, social engagement, Print ads, OOH, TVC scripts, radio spots, BTL, CRM and email marketing. 

• Elevate the creative output of external partners (creative agencies and production partners) to ensure campaigns meet a high level of creativity and innovation.

• Have a Passion for Meat on your sleeve. If you don't eat meat, are not comfortable handling or cooking it or don't enjoy it, this is not the role for you. 

•  10-12 years of copywriting, copy experience in leading creative or advertising agencies, preferably on FMCG and/or consumer internet brands or e-commerce brands.

• Ability and proficiency to speak and write in any vernacular language along with fluency in English grammar and copy.

• Should be aware of new digital content formats and the latest trends. Ardent consumer of regional themes and pop-culture references.

• Dreamy-eyed - someone who is curious and enjoys being challenged and breaking new ground.

• Ability to comprehend briefs objectively and arrive at an accurate understanding of marketing problems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and stakeholders.
