Job Description
Responsibilities
• Publishing Contract workspace & performing admin changes in Ariba.
• Draft Sign Off documentation & performing due diligence of contract record & work orders.
• Performing data extraction & Spend Reporting
• Providing support in sourcing project & event creation in Ariba
• Working on query resolution as well as expediting processing of purchase orders & payment of pending invoice
• Performing Labor Hire License validation activity for all contracts/Work Orders.
• Drafting Conflict of interest forms management & execution in Ariba
• Performing Supplier Novation & conducting supplier profiling
• Drafting Variation Agreement & RFx Response Comparison
• Closely monitoring service now & coordinate frequently with business while responding to queries
• Ensuring all new cases in queue should be actioned proactively and efficiently within SLA
• Ensure that all queries are responded & actioned with RCA within 24 hrs.
• Regular monitoring of aged cases. In progress cases should be actioned on time considering ageing period
• Ensure effective service now management in terms of cases actioned & follow ups done within defined intervals
• Finding process gap & suggesting continuous improvements from system & process perspective to streamline operations
• All SOP’s & business rules are updated & approved incorporating procurement alerts.
• Ensure effective service now management in terms of cases are actioned & follow ups done on time.
• Regular allocation of service now cases & tasks on daily basis, three times a day.

• Blocking calendar with category managers, attending meetings on fortnightly basis to understand pain points & their expectations from future engagements.
• Lead specific Improvement initiatives (for instance these may relate to new process to be transitioned & current capacity optimization)
• To identify and deliver Value Engineering projects which remove cost from our process that are not-value added activities
Minimum Qualification
• Any Graduate
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills (Required)
• Excellent communication skills – influencing, presentation, negotiating (Required)
• Good planning, ability to manage many concurrent tasks with differing timelines and deliverables, Time management and organizational skills (Required)
