Responsibilities
Support new projects and renewals negotiations for professional services and software manager quotes, cost analysis
Track & monitor requisition tracker for status, approvals etc.,
Support renewals and extension requisitions and contract storage
Support suppliers on invoices and payment queries with BuyDesk
Track & update key SLAs & KPIs across various commodities
Stakeholder management Review trackers and update status on requisitions/PO
Analytics support Track key metrics and report them
Support weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews with various stakeholders Review SLAs, KPIs, highlights etc.,.
