Job Description
Responsibilities
In this role, you shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report.
Be the primary support administrator for the Concur expense management system in US
Manage and answer user queries within TECOE group emails boxes and follow organizational requirements so that emails are dealt with in a timely fashion
Take ownership, research, trouble shoot user queries using a combination of Concur knowledge and an ability to problem solve
Resolve and respond to user queries within the agreed SLA, but also be able to identify urgent or critical issues that need to be addressed first

Investigate and assign corporate cards to users where not assigned automatically
Ensure that all daily and monthly reports are sent to the business
Be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team
Minimum Qualifications
MBA Finance (WithB.Comin Graduation)
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter degree & relevant work experience in General Ledger
Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
