Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in marketing and communication and social sector. Marketing, communication, and awareness creation at our organisation requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate should be dedicated and sincere towards his/her work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will lead graphic creation and multimedia development, both creating original designs directly and managing agencies/consultants to produce creative content. S/he will conceptualise and create graphics and designs for social media, exhibitions, and conferences. S/he will work on videos, photography, illustrations, collaterals, and IEC material. S/he will write content and manage events. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.


About You

  • You are skilled at developing a variety of concepts and appropriate visual styles.
  • You demonstrate excellent eye for detail and experience in art direction, graphic design, video editing, photography, and animation. You stay in line with current social, cultural, and media trends.
  • Skilled in capturing emotional stories through photography and video production.
  • Uses AI-driven platforms to produce scalable, engaging creatives that support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness initiatives.
  • You are deeply curious about social impact communication and creating visual narratives that focus on the people we serve.
  • You have a deep understanding of design thinking process and wireframing.
  • You can easily plan visual or multimedia concepts by studying information and materials and listening to requirements. Build 360 views of the concept and ideas on a campaign, collaborating closely with designers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are an exceptional storyteller with excellent presentation skills.
  • You are process oriented and believe in documentation.
  • You can bring ideas to life visually and are comfortable with diverse social, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  • You are great at project management, writing content, and managing events.
  • You consider timelines sacrosanct and always deliver work within those without compromising on quality.
  • You love to help others around you develop their skills in design and multimedia through training and hands-on coaching.
  • You thrive in a matrix organisation, collaborating seamlessly across regions and functions.
  • Preferred: You are skilled at conducting photo and video shoots, as well as editing and post-production.

What Youll Do

  • Conceptualise, create, and produce graphics, videos, photoshoots, and content.
  • Shape visual aspects of websites, social media creatives, reports, brochures, exhibitions, and events.
  • Bring innovation to designing.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with designers, strategists, editors, copywriters, and other stakeholders, within and outside the organisation.
  • Establish visual style and user experiences that effectively communicate with target groups and fulfil communication objectives.
  • Develop concepts, IEC, and presentation materials.
  • Write great content and manage events.
  • Ensure appropriate use of logos and brand guidelines and maintain consistent look, feel, and messaging.
  • Manage major editorial projects,includingannual reports, digital catalogs, brochures, photoshoots, and short-and long-form documentaries.
  • Capturing compelling visuals through photography and video production.
  • Use AI-driven platforms to produce scalable, engaging creatives that support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness initiatives.
  • Work closely with design and multimedia teams to develop creative concepts, align visual assets with project objectives, and ensure seamless integration of graphics, animations, and other media elements.
  • Shoot photography and video for specific events and projects.
  • Edit photos and videos for a range of channels and uses.


Whats Required

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • A degree and/or diploma in graphic design and/or multimedia from a top institute.
  • Outstanding creative and designing skills.
  • Expertise on design, editing and animation tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Publisher, Premier Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and other similar tools.
  • Creative portfolio demonstrating scope of capabilities, with a focus on digital design, multimedia and art direction.
  • Experience with both digital and traditional media.
  • Experiencecreating visual and/or graphic design content.
  • Experiencewith email marketing platforms and developing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent content writing and event management skills.
  • Experience, and a commitment to working respectfully with a diverse team; experience collaborating with outside consultants to move projects forward.
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of the social sector and desire to learn how to articulate and share our organisations unique approach.
  • Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling sensitive information with care.
  • High levels of organisation with extraordinary follow-throughs and strong personal sense of accountability.
  • Proficient in handling and editing multiple file formats, including CDR, AI, PDF, GIF, EPS, and other standard graphic file types.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within India.
  • Preferred:Experience shooting photo and video, organising shoots, and editing content in post-production.
