Job Description

Purpose/Mission

This role will be responsible for driving assigned accounts Topline, Market share, relationship with Key accounts and Export Partners & their respective stakeholders, to ensure a healthy & profitable business. This role will also involve driving Key account & Export accounts business priorities. Further, the Asst. KAM will also be accountable managing Sales backend operations & coordination with cross functional teams (Internal & External) for driving Targeted Seasonal Sell in (OTBs) for his/her respective accounts, driving targeted sell out & improving quality of business basis the key initiatives planned under the adidas brand priorities.

Description

Responsible for achieving assigned sales plan (Sell In) on a periodic basis (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually), by bringing in new business & managing existing business.

Need to Manage backend operations & coordinate with cross functional teams i.e. Sales ops, Finance, Marketing, Sourcing & logistics for driving Key channel priorities & assigned task.

  • Partner relationship & account management excellence to maximize revenues.

Ensuring achievement of seasonal pre-order targets at a partner/account level

Plan & execute channel partner growth by onboarding new businesses, unlocking new business opportunities in the market, and growing adidas share of business with existing partners.

Ensure strong forecasting of primary & secondary performance, collate market insights and trends.

Ensure timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations, and delivery information.

Execute strategies with internal stakeholders to deliver seasonal priorities.

Own & execute the RTV process from partners. Ensure its timely execution & reporting.

Develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans for assigned channel partners using category, account, brand, and marketplace knowledge.

Increase sell-in & sell-out by developing + delivering targeted, persuasive presentations.

Ensure adherence to A/c strategies, formalization by Strategic A/c Plans with sign-off from line manager.

To report on partner A/Cs, competitors, market initiatives along with sell-throughs, and propose/execute actions.

To provide sales plan and forecasts on Sell-in & secondary performances.

  • Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders for ensuring Organization objectives are adhered with respect to Finance, Marketing, Logistics & Sourcing.

Experience:

Experience of 5-8 years with strong exposure in Sales & backend operations.

Industry: footwear, apparel/fashion, FMCG.

Exposure: Sports, Key accounts, Distribution mgmt. and multi-brand channel

Skills: Good knowledge of outlook-basics, word, excel and power point.

Educational Background

Graduate/MBA in business / marketing from a reputed Institute.
