Job Description
At Aadicura Superspeciality Hospital, we believe that exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people care. As our 150-bed facility is on path to expand by an additional 60 beds, we are embarking on a comprehensive organizational culture transformation.
We are looking for a visionary Assistant HR Manager (Learning & Development & Culture) to lead this charge in Vadodara.
In our unique physician-owned model, you will work closely with medical and administrative leadership to design L&D initiatives, drive employee engagement, and build a workplace culture that empowers our doctors, nurses, and support staff to do their best work.
What you will do:
Drive end-to-end Learning & Development for clinical and non-clinical teams.
Lead cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
Design leadership, behavioral, and competency-mapping modules.
Foster interdepartmental collaboration and elevate employee engagement.
Who you are:
An HR professional (MBA/MSW) with 710+ years of experience in a hospital setup.
A strategic thinker who understands healthcare workforce dynamics.
A proactive leader passionate about training, upskilling, and culture building.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 7-10 Years (Minimum) in Healthcare HR
