The Role

This is a role for someone who thinks and acts like an operator-owner. You will lead key functions - including creative teams, production, digital marketing, and user acquisition - while driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.

This isn't a role for someone looking to manage steady-state operations. It's for someone who builds, scales, and defends - and who thrives precisely because there's no precedent to fall back on.


What You'll Do

You will own the full arc of the business - from identifying white spaces and creating new markets, to scaling them into defensible categories. Day to day, this means defining problems before others see them, shaping demand, building supply, and making high-stakes calls on structure, process, and prioritization.

You'll monitor business health obsessively - hourly, daily, weekly - across cohorts, unit economics, and consumer signals.


What We're Looking For

  • Operator-Owner Mindset - Have a track record of owning 01 or 110 initiatives with measurable outcomes - revenue, margins, DAUs, MAUs, retention, acquisition cost efficiencies, repeat rates, or NPS. You don't wait for direction. You identify the gap and go.
  • Category Builder - Launched or scaled new markets or categories with objective proof points - CACs, time-to-revenue, payback periods, ARPU, and P&L ownership. You know how to create demand where none existed.
  • Anticipates Risk Early - Identify and solve scale bottlenecks well before they impacted the topline, bottom line, or customer experience. You're not reactive - you're structurally ahead.
  • Product-Led Business Thinker. You apply product thinking to market entry, pricing, packaging, and monetization. You've moved the needle on ARPU, LTV/CAC, conversion, ratings, or retention through deliberate, product-led bets.
  • Analytically Sharp. Numbers don't intimidate you - they guide you. You're comfortable owning business metrics end-to-end, running cohort analyses, and making decisions grounded in unit economics.
  • High EQ High IQ. You operate with intellectual humility, strong consumer empathy, and the ability to bring people along without drama or ego. You're a change agent who moves fast, earns trust, and stays grounded in what customers actually need.
