We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic hiring for a manufacturing organization undergoing digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to lateral and campus hiring, stakeholder management, and building future-ready talent pipelines aligned with Industry 4.0/5.0, automation, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end lateral and campus recruitment (GET/DET/GT/Industrial Trainees/Internships)
Develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business and workforce planning
Build pipelines for digital, automation, AI, IoT, and technology-driven roles
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering
Drive employer branding initiatives across campuses and digital platforms
Manage recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring SLAs
Leverage HR tech and data analytics for effective sourcing and hiring
Required Skills:
1218 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial hiring
Expertise in campus and lateral hiring strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment analytics tools
Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM
