Section II: Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM of Business Development to lead and expand our BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) business. This strategic role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, forming key partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the energy storage sector. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in energy project development or energy storage, and strong commercial acumen. |

Job Responsibilities | · Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the BESS market, aligned with company goals. · Market Expansion: Identify and assess new markets, applications, and technologies in BESS. · Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, financiers, and key technology providers. · Sales Leadership: Drive pipeline development and closure of commercial and utility-scale BESS projects. · Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and support structuring of complex deals (e.g., tolling agreements, PPAs, revenue contracts). · Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, and project development teams. · Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting BESS. · Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing business development team as growth demands. |

Currently managing the entire business cycle from lead generation to contract signing, managing customers relations. |
