TheAssistant General Manager Secondary Marketwill lead BelleViesrental and resale business, building a trusted and efficient property transaction ecosystem within BelleVie-managed communities.
The role will focus oninventory creation, broker partnerships, transaction closures, and revenue growth, while ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners, tenants, and buyers using the BelleVie platform.
- Build and execute thegrowth strategy for rental and resale transactionswithin BelleVie communities.
- Develop processes forcapturing property inventory, managing listings, and driving closures.
- Identify opportunities toincrease transaction volume and revenue.
- Build a strong pipeline ofrental and resale listingsby engaging directly with homeowners and investors.
- Work withsociety management committees, resident groups, and internal teamsto identify available properties.
- Maintain averified and active property listing database.
- Build and manage anetwork of brokers and channel partnersto facilitate property transactions.
- Create structuredbroker engagement and incentive programs.
- Ensure partner brokers adhere toBelleVies quality and transparency standards.
- Oversee theend-to-end property transaction lifecycle, including:
- Listing management
- Buyer/tenant lead handling
- Property visits
- Negotiation support
- Documentation coordination
- Ensuretimely closures and smooth customer experience.
- Drive revenue throughbrokerage, transaction commissions, and listing services.
- Track and improveconversion rates from lead to closure.
- Identify opportunities to introducevalue-added serviceslinked to property transactions.
- Ensure atransparent and hassle-free experiencefor owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Reduce transaction friction throughclear processes and proactive communication.
- Monitor service quality and address customer issues.
- Work with:
- Marketing teamto promote listings and generate demand
- Product teamto improve property listing and discovery features
- Marketplace teamsto cross-sell home services during move-ins and move-outs
- Number ofrental transactions closed
- Number ofresale transactions closed
- Gross transaction value (GTV)
- Revenue generated from brokerage / commissions
- Inventory growth (active listings)
- Closure rate and time-to-close
- 712 years of experience inreal estate secondary sales, rentals, or brokerage operations.
- Strong understanding ofresidential property transactions.
- Experience managingbroker networks and closing deals.
- Proven ability togenerate revenue and manage high-value transactions.
