Job Description
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- Responsible for implementing the QMS process on-site to get good outputs at work.
- Focus on customer-centric work to fulfill quality requirements.
- Shall manage a team of quality engineers at the project level
- High-rise experience with Aluform Technology
- Organize inter-department audits at various ongoing project sites
-Prepare audit reports, NCR issuance, compliance process, and identify areas for improvements
-Conduct trial mixes as per IS codes and specifications and get approval from HOD/Consultants
-Carry out all material field tests, internal lab tests, and third-party lab test reports
-Checks all major structural concrete pours
-Prepare and perform mock-up for material and all work activities
-Review all reports related to quality. e.g. test reports, NCR, Compliance, RCA, etc.
-Prepares ITP and method statements for all ongoing material testing and work activities, and ensures implementation of project quality plan with project team and contractors
-Conduct routine training for workers, Contractor engineers, and internal staff.
-Ensure daily inspection of material and activities in detail.
-Ensure the weekly quality review meetings on-site with Project managers and staff.
