Assistant General Manager - Polymer Sales

Duties & Accountabilities

• Lead and develop Recycled Plastics new business growth strategy for domestic and international markets focusing on rPET, rPP and rHDPE
• Work closely with Product Team to understand new products & product roadmap for existing products. Ensure that the right prospects are being identified for each product. Refine product development through playing in client feedback
• Ensure market, client and customer insight are fed back into the business to ensure that client remains at the forefront
• Maximise the probability of winning new business through deploying an effective team
• Adoption of a digital platform (CRM) to handle the entire sales cycle

Qualifications & Experience

• Owing to small size of team an entrepreneurial approach and ability to work independently would be key to succeed
• 8-10 years of experience in Key Account Management and Institutional Sales will help achieve desired outcomes
• Comfortable to handle technical and commercial discussions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Fluency in English is essential
